Minka Kirkova is a representative of "Festa Holding" JSC in the Supervisory Board of "Investbank" JSC since October 2022.

She started her professional career at Festa Holding JSC in 1995, since 2013 she has been the Company's Financial Director and Member of the Board of Directors, and since 2015 she has been the Executive Director of Festa Holding AD.

In 2010, Ms. Kirkova became a Member of the Audit Committee of "Investbank" JSC, and in 2018 of Insurance company "Bulgaria Insurance" JSC. From August 2022, she is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Insurance company "Bulgaria Insurance" JSC.

Ms. Kirkova holds a Master's Degree in "Economist-Accountant" from the University of Economics - Varna.
