Standard deposit

You can deposit your unrestricted cash funs at all financial centers and offices of the Bank by ID card alone.

Deposit terms:

• Currency for natural persons:  EUR, USD, GBP, CHF;
• Deposit term:  1, 3, 6, 12 months;
• Minimum amount to open a deposit: 500 currency units;
•  The interest is charged on the deposit on a daily basis and is paid at the final maturity date.  The payment of the interest can be credited to a deposit account, demand deposit or current account of the customer;
• There are no restrictions for the deposit of cash funds in the deposit account;
• Partial withdrawal of deposit amounts - partial withdrawal of deposit amounts is not allowed;
• In case of early termination, the deposits for natural persons shall bear interest identical to the applicable interest rate for a demand deposit in the respective currency.   The deposits for legal persons shall bear interest identical to the applicable interest rate for a current account in the respective currency.

The deposit is guaranteed by the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund up to an amount set forth in the Bank Deposit Guarantee Act.
