Notice of change in the tariff for Individuals

We inform you that the Decision of the Assets and Liabilities Management Committee of Investbank No. 6 of 09.02.2022 amends the Tariff for conditions, interest, fees and commissions applied by Investbank AD for natural persons, starting from 18.04.2022.

The changes are as follows:

By providing this notification, the Bank fulfills its obligation in its role as a provider of payment services pursuant to Art. 62 of the ZPUPS to inform its customers - users of payment services with a two-month notice of upcoming changes in the terms of the framework contract. The Bank hereby informs the users of payment services that it considers them to have accepted the changes in the terms of the framework agreement, unless they notify the Bank that they do not accept these changes before the date on which the changes enter into force. In case the payment service users do not accept the changes, the Bank informs them that they have the right to immediately terminate the framework contract and the accompanying contracts before the date on which the changes are proposed to enter into force, without being responsible for costs and compensation.
