Investbank publishes its first Sustainability Communication Report
Investbank AD publishes its first Sustainability Communication Report. The document includes the most important and key aspects of the financial institution's major ESG report, which is also about to be published.
The Communication Report provides a visual representation of Investbank's activities, progress and results on the ESG-related topics most important to the bank's customers, shareholders and counterparties. It represents a new approach to disclosure that combines and brings transparency to the bank's diversity and inclusion, climate and sustainability efforts.
"Our first report presents our path and achievements in the field of sustainable development. It is structured to reflect our commitment to the three main pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economic. The document describes our policies, initiatives and the progress we have made in each of these areas. We are aware that the road to full sustainability is complex and difficult. However, thanks to our experience in corporate governance, our commitment to innovation and our determination to act ethically and responsibly, we are confident in our ability to meet these challenges," said Stoyan Tsvetkov, Investbank's executive director and member of the Management Board, during a Corporate Social Responsibility conference organized by Enterprice magazine, where the report was presented.
According to Tsvetkov, the document is an important stage on Investbank's path to sustainability. "It underlines our commitment to being transparent in our operations, being accountable for our impact and positioning ourselves as leaders in creating a sustainable future." We are convinced that together we can do more and this is our chance to help shape a better world for current and future generations," said the executive director of the financial institution during his presentation.
