"Investbank" JSC with participation in the forum Digital Trends 2022

“Investbank” JSC was one of the main partners of the forum Digital Trends 2022, which brought together experts in leading positions from global companies. The focus of this year’s edition was on the most important technological solutions, opportunities and strategies in business in Bulgaria.

The event is organized by profit.bg and novini.bg part of Swiss Group Ringer AG.The director of direction “Information technology” Leonid Dimov took part in Future Is Fintech. He said that crisis times catalyze the emergence of new solutions and perspectives and “Investbank” JSC use this period to implement a number of projects, that answer the different clients’ needs.

In his presentation Mr Dimov stressed that after analysis and selection of the best solutions, including such as fintech companies is realized significant improvement and development of competitive products and services. “The users” high score from effect of digitization of the banks tuned the process into an irreversible trend from whose rapid and qualitative development institutions’ competitiveness is determined. Tracking and analyzing are increasingly on the agenda which provides opportunity to offer innovative service. In other words- aim to offer a personalized service at the right time through the right channel”, Mr Dimov explained.

The role of the technological units of the banks is becoming increasingly responsible due to the stringent regulations in the industry and the maintaining high security standards. In Leonid Dimov’ s words, it is crucial to make the right judgement regarding trends in the technology’s development. “It isn’t necessary at all costs to implement all the latest technologies. We need to define very clearly what the problem is and what its specific needs are in order to make the right solutions”, Mr Dimov summarized.
