“Investbank” JSC's Multibanking won an award for an innovation in the competition Digitalk&A1 Awards
“Investbank” JSC won an award for an innovative project in the second edition of Digitalk&A1 Awards. In increased competition the financial institution won the prize in the category “IT solution implemented in an enterprise” for the “Multibanking” service.
The organizers of the competition are technology media Digitalk, part of the group “Economedia” and “A1 Bulgaria” and the initiative’s purpose is to outline the trends that drove the corporate projects in 2022y. and to show the preferred IT solutions and platforms. The event brought together the most technologically advanced organizations in one place.
More than 60 companies have expressed their desire to participate in this year’s edition, 51 projects were admitted and 4 companies received awards.

I wish to everyone to create and implement innovations, so that we can make our live better” said Margarita Stoyanova, “Investbank” JSC’s director of the Direction “Digital services and Customer Service Center” at the ceremony.

She added that this type of service also changes the future of partnerships between the fintech companies and banks, because technology companies are fast and flexible, and the banks on the other hand are stable and trusted, and Open banking is the fundamental link for this” explained Stoyanova in her project’s presentation in front of the Digitalk&A1 Awards’ audience.
The service “Multibanking” enables “Investbank” JSC’s customers to manage their bank accounts from various bank institutions, using bank’s digital platforms. Communication with various financial organizations takes place in secured environment through unified connection developed and maintained by IRIS Solutions. Internet banking development including the provision of certain menus, was carried out by BS Technologies. The project is based on the principles of open banking and was implement in the context of the Second Payment Directive- PSD2. Its main purpose is to achieve high standards of financial services and customer satisfaction by offering innovative digital solutions and services. In addition to their other Bulgarian financial institutions, customers can operate with their balances in Revolut and iCard. Multibanking is the part of the strategy for innovation and technological development of “Investbank” JSC and is a natural continuation of the Digital Transformation of the financial institution.
