“Investbank” JSC is a partner of the traveling summer drive-in Open air cinema
As a part of its strategy to promote Bulgarian artists and contemporary Bulgarian cinema, “Investbank” JSC is taking part in a new adventure.
The financial institution is a partner of the traveling summer drive-in Open air cinema, which started a tour on May 18. The initiative is being held for the fourth year in arrow, and the free screenings under the stars start from Asenovgrad and Lukovit.
The project was created by the actor and producer Alexander Sano and Vasil Chorbanov in 2020 y. The idea for a drive-in cinema appeared after the first lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which temporally closed cinemas in the country. The initiative arouses increased interest not only in large regional cities, but also in the smallest settlements, where cinemas and cultural activities of this kind often lacking.

This isn’t the first project in support of Bulgarian film art which “Investbank” JSC recognizes. In 2022 y. the financial center of Shumen’s bank was briefly transformed into a film set, especially for the filming of the director Stefan Komandarev’s new production entitled “The Lessons of Blaga”.
