Get Your Card PIN Directly in iBank Mobile
iBank introduces its new ePIN for Bank Cards service, allowing customers to receive their card PIN quickly, securely and entirely digitally through the iBank Mobile application.
With the new service, there is no longer a need for paper PIN letters. The information is available directly in mobile banking, making the process more convenient and secure.
Key benefits of ePIN include:
• Convenient access to your PIN code in iBank Mobile for up to 45 days after the request;
• Enhanced security through a protected and encrypted connection, as well as authentication via biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID) or the app access PIN;
• Reduced paper usage and easier card management in a digital environment.
Obtaining an ePIN is simple through the iBank Mobile application. Customers only need to select the relevant card, open the “MORE” menu, choose “Card Details” and follow the on-screen instructions.
When requesting an ePIN for a newly issued bank card, both the card PIN and the card's static 3D password will be displayed in iBank Mobile.
When requesting an ePIN for an existing bank card, only the card PIN will be displayed, while the static 3D password will remain unchanged.
