Customer Notice Regarding the Update of Customer Information and Documentation
In accordance with the applicable European and Bulgarian legislation, including the Measures Against Money Laundering Act and the Regulation for the Implementation of the Measures Against Money Laundering Act, iBank (the Bank) is required to maintain up-to-date customer information and documentation throughout the entire duration of its business relationship with its customers.
To comply with these regulatory requirements, the Bank periodically reviews and updates its customers' information. The frequency of these reviews is determined individually for each customer. The Bank notifies customers whenever an update of their information and/or documentation is required within a specified period, providing sufficient time—and where necessary, assistance from the Bank—to enable customers to confirm or update their information and documents in a timely manner.
In accordance with the requirements of the Measures Against Money Laundering Act, iBank is obliged to terminate existing business relationships if customer information and documentation cannot be duly updated and/or if the customer fails to provide the information and documents required by applicable legislation. Any potential termination of the business relationship is based on the relevant legal requirements and the applicable contractual terms and conditions.
If you require additional information or assistance, please contact your servicing Financial Centre.
Please note that iBank will never ask you to disclose your access codes, passwords, other security credentials, or your payment card details by telephone, email, or through an online form on a website.
