In the end of 2020, for another year in a row, Investbank JSC supported the Bulgarian
Christmas charity initiative with a sponsorship donation.
In its 18th edition the campaign in 2020 was dedicated to supporting children with chronic
illness. The funds raised have been intended for diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation, as
well as for the purchase of new high-tech equipment for children's clinics and wards across
the country.
During the same year we helped schools in 10 Bulgarian municipalities to ensure safe
conditions for interaction between the students and the staff during the pandemic. Investbank
JSC has donated dispensers and disinfectant gel which were presented to the headmasters of
the schools by representatives of the Bank in the said municipalities.
One of the causes that Investbank JSC has taken to heart is to foster and support the passion
for sports and active lifestyle. As part of this commitment in October 2020 the Bank became
the sponsor of Rodopa Smolyan volleyball club, which currently provides training to more
than 100 children.
The Bank has also participated as a general sponsor of an event in support of breast cancer
prevention. A charity event was organized in 2016 by EVA Magazine with the personal
involvement and commitment by Mrs. Petya Slavova - Chairperson of the Supervisory Board
of Investbank JSC, and under the auspices of Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova. The gala evening
marked the end of the "For One Good" campaign and the funds raised were donated to the
Sofia Oncology Center for the purchase of a mobile ultrasound scanner.
