The service is available to over 200 municipalities in the country, and its scope is constantly expanding. Payment is made for the entire obligation, avoiding partial payments by year or type.

An additional functionality that is being introduced for the purpose of transparency when paying utility bills is that when entering the 10-digit subscriber number, customers can now see the exact merchant fee, if any, due. How to use the service

  • Log in to your internet banking with your username and password
  • Select the menu "Household Accounts"-> "Tax Liabilities"
  • Indicate the relevant municipality
  • After entering your personal identification number, the system automatically retrieves your liabilities (or those of another person, if you enter their batch number)
  • If you want to see your debts by one account, you must enter the account's personal identification number
  • If you are paying debts to another person, enter their personal identification number, period, account number
  • Obligations can be paid in the order of their formation - first the account with the oldest debt 
  • Review your obligations – you will see the total amount for “Real Estate Tax” and “Household Waste Fee”
  • Select “Pay” – the payment is for the entire obligation
  • Confirm the transaction in the web application
