In connection with the upcoming New Year holidays, we would like to inform you that on 31.12.2021. the offices of Investbank JSC will work with reduced working hours until 12:00.

Please excuse us for the inconvenience and plan your visits to the bank's offices until 12:00.

In connection with the end of the financial year 2021, changes and restrictions will be introduced for ordering transfers through the Internet / mobile banking service of Investbank AD, as follows:

Intrabank transfers in BGN, ordered by 12:00 on 31.12.2021, will be processed on the same date, and transfers ordered after this hour will be processed with an accounting date of 04.01.2022;

Interbank transfers in BGN through BISERA and RINGS, ordered by 12:00 on 31.12.2021, will be received at the opposite bank on the same date. Translations ordered after this time will be processed on 04.01.2022.

 Transfers in EUR and other currencies (excluding USD and RUB), ordered after 12:00 on 31.12.2021, will be processed on 04.01.2022, with the express value date being 04.01.2022, and all other value dates will be determined according to this date;

During the period 31.12.2021 (after 12:00) - 07.01.2022 transfers in USD and RUB will not be processed, as the earliest express value date for these currencies will be 10.01.2022, and all other value dates will be are determined by that date.

We remind you that during the weekends you can perform operations with your bank cards at all ATMs and POS terminals in the retail network, as well as for online purchases and payments.

 On January 4, 2022 (Tuesday) the bank's offices will work with standard working hours.
