Notice of changes to the General Terms and Conditions of "Investbank" JSC for the issuance and use of credit cards, effective from 27.06.2022

Dear clients,

We inform you that with the Decision of the Board of Directors of Investbank with protocol No. 18 of 27.04.2022, changes have been approved in the General Terms and Conditions of "Investbank" JSC for issuing and using credit cards, starting from 27.06.2022.

The changes are in the following added texts:

60. In cases where a credit limit has been granted on a credit card, the provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of "INVESTBANK" JSC for the provision of consumer loans shall also apply.

61. These General Terms and Conditions also apply to loans provided by the Bank remotely through the use of means of remote communication in accordance with the order and meaning of the Law on the Provision of Financial Services at a Distance /"LPFSD"/, referred to for brevity as below "consumer online loans" that cumulatively meet the following conditions:

61.1. They are issued in Bulgarian leva (BGN), US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR).

61.2. The interest on the loan is determined based on a fixed annual interest rate.

61.3. The loan agreement is concluded through one or more means of distance communication, including through an electronic platform organized and maintained by "Investbank" JSC and through the electronic application of "Eurotrust" OOD.

 

By providing this notification, the Bank fulfills its obligation in its role as a provider of payment services pursuant to Art. 62 of the LPFSD to inform its customers - users of payment services with a two-month notice of upcoming changes in the terms of the framework contract. The Bank hereby informs the users of payment services that it considers them to have accepted the changes in the terms of the framework agreement, unless they notify the Bank that they do not accept these changes before the date on which the changes enter into force. In case the payment service users do not accept the changes, the Bank informs them that they have the right to immediately terminate the framework contract and the accompanying contracts before the date on which the changes are proposed to enter into force, without being responsible for costs and compensation.
