Manage your multi-bank accounts with "Investbank" JSC' s new online service
“Investbank” JSC is the first all-Bulgarian bank that offers the Multibanking service. This is a relatively new service for Bulgaria, which provides the bank’s customers with the opportunity to easily monitor their balances and movements on their accounts in other banks and conveniently operate with all their funds from one place. Multibanking is a part from the strategy for innovation and technological development of the financial institution and raises the costumer experience to a higher level.
Having their payment accounts in various banks trough the platforms of “Investbank” JSC- Internet banking and mobile banking, customers save time and receive up-to-date information for their financial situation and facilitate their banking.
Multibanking of “Investbank” JSC is unique because it can be used by both individuals and legal entities. In addition to their accounts from other Bulgarian financial institutions, customers can operate with their funds from Romanian and Greek banks, as well as with their balances in Revolut.
At Multibanking companies, the services find an extremely wide application and added value, since with them more over 60% of the clients work at least two financial institutions, and the effort of accountants and managers of the company monitor the available funds and the payment received in the various bank accounts is reduced too many times. Practically every manager, financial director or operational accountant can, with just one click, see the complete up-to-date financial picture of the company, which is the basis of the effective management of cash flows, the so-called flow-management.

The open banking project was implemented with cooperation of Iris Solutions and BS Technologies, which the bank is partnering in the development of Internet and mobile banking.
From the end of October 2022y. “Investbank” JSC provides fully digitalized process for opening a current account with a debit card . The procedure is easy and fast, and the customers can choose between a standard debit card “Debit Mastercard” and combined debit card “Debit Mastercard 3K Bulgaria Insurance” which has a special health insurance from the insurance company “Insurance Bulgaria”. The package includes a wide range of insurance coverage, health insurance and the service “Personal psychologist”, as well as fast personal telephone and online access to a specialist’s advice. The request of remote opening of a payment account with a debit card is made through the Online Services section of the bank’s corporate website.
Among the newer bank’s digital services is online application for a credit card and opening a deposit fully online through Multibanking, the path of open banking is completely open for the “Investbank” JSC’s clients.
