"Investbank" JSC opened a new modern financial center in Pernik
A new modern financial center has been servicing “Investbank” JSC’s clients since the beginning of October in Pernik. The office is located in Retail park “Pernik Plaza” and until the end of November 2023y. There will be offered promotional conditions- without a user application fee credit and preferential terms on interest rates for mortgage credit.
“Investbank” JSC offers possibility for online to apply for a consumer loan online, and the service is quick and easy. The repayment term is 10 years. The interest rate Is floating and transparently formed for the entire term of the loan in BGN and EUR and is based on 6 months EURIBOR + fixed allowance. Costumers receive credit card with pre-approved limit and accident and illness insurance.
The “Investbank” JSC’s mortgage loan has low monthly installments, with a maximum repayment period of up to 35 years and no limit on the amount of financing. The interest rate is transparently formed for 6 months EURIBOR + fixed allowance. When buying a property, owned by the bank, the financing is up to 95%.
