"Investbank" JSC launched a mobile application Ibank Mobile. With it, the bank's customers can manage and monitor their finances at any time of the day. Ibank Mobile offers a 24/7 convenient option for:
- Account balance check
- Checking details of banking products
- Check of movement on accounts and authorizations on debit and credit cards
- Quickly create new translations through convenient templates
- Confirmation and ordering of transfers in BGN and currency
- Visualization of payment orders
- Easily transfer funds "between my accounts"
- Pay taxes and fees with a few clicks
- Tracking upcoming or paid loan installments
- Checking maturities on deposits and accrued interest
- Informing about current offers and new products of the bank
The application allows you to easily find the nearest ATM or financial center of "Investbank" JSC. Quick tracking of exchange rates, bank rates and interest rates. Ibank Mobile enables users to even use a negotiated exchange rate in a desired currency when making transactions. Easy and fast handling of the Ibank Mobile application corresponds to a high level of security. In order to prevent unauthorized actions, the following security rules and restrictions are imposed:
- Users must be registered for the Internet banking service from "Investbank" AD and have a username and password
- App login – after first login with username, they can enter access code (PIN) or biometric login (available for both supported operating systems)
- During the registration process, a "Static Password" is set, with which payments are subsequently confirmed
For security purposes, up to three mobile devices can be registered to one username at the same time
The application has a modern design and convenient navigation. It is designed for smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems and can be downloaded for free from Google Play, App store and AppGallery for Huawei.
