"Investbank" AD has modernized its ATM network

The modernization of the network of ATM devices will improve the convenience and the optimal level of service, providing 24/7 service to the Bank's clients. From the end of August, the clients of the financial institution will have the opportunity to make contactless transactions, deposit funds into their accounts, as well as to repay credit card obligations during the non-working hours and the weekends. The new service will be available through the installed high-tech ATMs of a new generation, which have 15-inch touch screens and new functionality of their management.
“Investbank” AD start a service, providing an opportunity for its clients to deposit their funds and to have them available in their accounts in less than 30 minutes after the transaction is made, no matter if the transaction is made during working hours, at night or during the weekends. The ATMs with a deposit function accept simultaneously different banknotes of BGN 10, 20, 50 and 100. In a single operation there can be imported up to 50 banknotes without the need of preliminary sorting.
Except the added value and facilitation for the clients, the innovative technology provides an opportunity for companies to reduce their collection costs.
The new ATMs also have functions for contactless operations, which allow an easy, secure and convenient way to withdraw and deposit money using the bank cards, thus the risk of forgetting the plastic or keeping it from the device is eliminated and it helps preventing a number of frauds.
The high-tech ATM terminals provide transfer of routine operations, traditionally performed in a bank office and fully meet the standards of security and reliability in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the VISA and Mastercard payment schemes.
