Bank transfers in the end of 2019 year

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that on 31st of December 2019 the working time of the offices of Investbank will be until 12 a.m.

Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and plan your visit until 12:00 a.m.

Regarding the closure of the financial 2019 we are making some changes and restrictions for executing payments through the Internet Banking system of Investbank as follows:

• Interbank transfers made until 12:00 a.m. on 31st December 2019 will be executed the same day, all other transfers made afterwards will be executed with value date 2nd of January 2020.
• Credit transfers through payment systems BISERA and RINGS, made until 12:00 a.m. on 31st of December 2019 will be received at the bank of the beneficiary on the same day, and all other transfers made afterwards will be executed on 2nd of January 2020.
• Foreign currency transfers in EUR and other currencies (except USD and RUB) made after 12:00 a.m. on 31st of December 2019 will be executed on 2nd of January 2020.Express (Today) value date will be 02nd of January 2020, all other value dates will be defined according to this one.
•  During the period 31st of December 2019 (after 12:00 a.m.) to 8th of January 2020 foreign currency transfers in USD and RUB would not be executed. The earliest value date will be 9th of January 2020 and all value dates will be defined according to this one.

We kindly remind you that you can make payments with your bank cards on ATM, POS terminals and websites.

On 2nd of January 2020 all our offices will be working with normal working time.
