An employee of Investbank is the youngest broker of financial instruments in Bulgaria

An employee of Investbank is the youngest person to successfully pass the exams of the Financial Supervision Commission for a broker of financial instruments in Bulgaria. Attila Fikret is a second-year student of Finance at UNSS and is only 20 years old. However, he beat the competition and ranked second in terms of results.

Attila has been part of the bank's team for 10 months - he started as an intern, but quickly showed qualities and three months later was appointed to a civilian contract. Shortly after, he also signed a part-time employment contract because he was still studying. His immediate supervisor, Vladimir Damyanov, who heads the Liquidity and Investment Services Directorate at Investbank, sees Attila's potential and offers him to enroll in training and take the exam, with the bank covering the expenses.

Svetlin Karafeizov, who is the deputy director of the same unit, also received such an offer. Svetlin has a legal education and agrees to enroll in a course and take the exam, because this will complement his professional expertise with financial and economic knowledge and, accordingly, accreditation. Svetlin ranked third in the results of the Financial Supervision Commission's exams for a broker of financial instruments.

As a Bulgarian bank, Investbank believes in the success of young people who choose to stay in Bulgaria and does not stop investing in ambitious future specialists with a positive attitude and potential for improvement. This is exactly what is included in the Bank's Internship Program, which is constantly being developed and upgraded.

In this dynamically changing world where technology is now an integral part of our daily lives, finding and retaining talent is of utmost importance for the growth and development of a company. Attila and Svetlin are a clear example of this!
