Collaterals	Mortgage/Pledge on the object of investment Pledge of future receivable on the grant to be received under the project for which the borrower applies. It is possible to ensure additional guarantees from NGF pursuant to the signed agreements under the National Guarantee Fund EAD Guarantee scheme - enterprises approved for assistance under the Rural Development Program in the Republic of Bulgaria (2014-2020), Rural Development Program in the Republic of Bulgaria (2007-2013), as well as enterprises in the Livestock sector and Plant Cultivation sector.
