Term of repayment of loans for the purchase of machinery, equipment, vehicles and vehicles - 7 years from the date of the loan agreement; Term of repayment of loans for purchase of real estate - 10 years from the date of the loan agreement; Grace period - up to 18 months for loans secured by a mortgage and up to 12 months for loans secured by machinery, equipment, etc.

• Mortgage on a real estate property in a residential, administrative, commercial building or industrial building;
• Mortgage on agricultural land;
• Pledge of machinery, transport vehicles related to the main activities of the company;
• Blocked cash funds in an account at the Bank;
• The insurance value of the pledges insured in favour of the Bank shall be at an amount no more than 100% of the market value of the collateral and no less than the outstanding debt amount.
