Clients of Investbank AD can now recover online their forgotten password for Internet Banking

The new functionality of Investbank AD allows forgotten password recovering without the need to visit a financial center or office of the bank. The "Forgotten password" option adds to the convenience of using the Internet Banking.

Access to the system can now be restored entirely remotely. To do so, you need to use the "forgotten password" button on the login page of the Internet Banking. Then you will be asked to provide your personal data which has already been registered in the bank's system: your username, a telephone number, and one of the following: an email address or part of an active bank card number for which the user is the cardholder.

Launching new functionalities is part of the long-term strategy of Investbank AD to expand its portfolio of digital services. Thanks to the Internet Banking system, the bank's customers are already making quickly and easily cashless payments in BGN or in foreign currency and are able to successfully oversee their financial flow. That includes receiving information on account activity, debit and credit cards, credit products the client is using, including repayment plans and due installments. Another key advantage is that online transactions save up to 50% of fees compared to payments ordered physically at a financial center.
